Virtually all of the robots we supply need tooling and at Robotic Engineering we have our own tool making company, Neaden Tools. We design and manufacture every part of our robot cells including the jigs and fixtures and we strive for simplicity and robustness and after 1000s of cycles, the parts need to be held consistently and accurately.

Jigs and fixtures are designed to hold the components accurately and firmly so that the robot can maximise repeatability.
